A new hotel concept created and launched globally

KHOS is an entirely new hotel concept from the Rosewood Hotel group; part hotel, part club and part shared work space, it’s aimed at a new generation of tech entrepreneurs and business people. Our challenge was to position and brand it, getting the attention of investors and potential customers across the world.

Our insight was that this generation see no division between their work and play lives. They can switch between the two seamlessly. The idea was simple - KHOS: where life just flows. Everything within the hotel and the way it was marketed came from this core idea.

Outcome

We created the brand positioning, guidelines and principles for all comms, both written and visual. This work fed into the website, social channels, presentations, in-hotel collateral and even room names. Off the back of this work investment was secured and, while the launch was delayed by COVID, the first three Khos hotels are now in beta-testing in China. www.khos.com
